TOKYO: Dragon Quest Heroes has been confirmed to release for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 at the end of February. The game will receive free DLC packs after its release. Developer of the game announced that PlayStation 4 version will come with better graphics of 60 FPS framerate and support for Share Play, while PS3 version will be consist of 30FPS
Dragon Quest Heroes, the Dragon Quest series spin-off title launching this week in Japan on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, has been reviewed by Famitsu.
The Japanese magazine has awarded the game developed by Omega Force a 35/40, with the four reviewers giving a 7,10,9,9 score. According to the review, the game can be completed in around 25 hours but more than 50 hours are needed to see everything the game has to offer. The reviewers have also praised the game’s presentation, how easy it is to get into the game, the variety of the available characters and the many references to previous entries of the franchise. Unfortunately it looks like some of the gameplay mechanics involving creating items are not needed at all to complete the game.
Last week a new Dragon Quest Heroes trailer has emerged online, showcasing many of the game’s characters, enemies and more. It’s also been confirmed last week that the game will be receiving free DLC packs after release, including new bosses and enemies that will expand the gameplay experience of the title developed by Omega Force.
