DUBAI: Al Maktoum Air Customs Centres Management has launched a groundbreaking Brainstorming Room, themed: “Our Ideas Are Unique in Year of Giving”. The initiative comes in parallel with the ongoing 2nd Dubai Customs Week events held from Jan 22-26 with the slogan ‘We Ensure Security… Together We Grow’. It supports the UAE leadership’s directions, particularly in relation to marking 2017 as Year of Giving in the country, as instructed by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi. The new brainstorming room is aimed at engaging Dubai Customs staff and strategic partners as well as visitors in a shared and energetic drive. It delivers fresh and impactful ideas in an interactive and creative manner which would help meet the UAE’s ambitious goals.
Developed based on a suggestion by Inspector Maryam Al Naqbi, the simple yet innovative idea behind the brainstorm room consists in collecting and selecting famous quotes of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and putting them in empty bottles whose places inside the room are changed randomly every now and then.
