In tune with earlier leaks, the new images show the devices similar in design but differentiated by their screen size. The Lumia 950 has a 5.2-inch screen while the 950 XL sports a 5.7-inch screen.

A Betanews report says the two Lumia phones have similar chipset, 20MP PureView cameras, RAM and USB Type-C.

However, earlier speculations hinted at the smaller device running a 64-bit hexa core Snapdragon 808 chipset clubbed with a 3GB RAM and the larger coming with a 64-bit octa core Snapdragon 810 chipset combined with 3GB RAM.

The devices are also expected to come with iris scanner, wireless charging capability, and be powered by a 3000mAh battery and 3300mAh battery in Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL respectively.
