EY Hungary to increase headcount by 100 in 2015

BUDAPEST: The EY company said in a press release that company is to expand in Hungary in 2015 and is expected to increase headcount by 100. The new hires will also have the opportunity to work abroad in the future at the various international EY offices.

Currently, EY employs more than 600 people in Hungary and focuses mainly on recruiting fresh graduates with economic or legal qualification. Initial selections will take place this summer with work beginning in the fall.

Meanwhile, the firm is expanding worldwide, and is currently present in 150 countries with 700 offices, which employ more than 190,000 employees, the press release added. In global terms, the firm saw revenue of $27 bln in the last fiscal year, an increase of 6.8% as compared to the previous year.
