NEW YORK: Facebook said on Saturday that it had won a legal battle of $2 billion against spammers and claimed it a victory against the site abusers.
Facebook site integrity engineer Matt Jones in a blog wrote that its victory was nothing than a challenge and showed the company’s highly-built system to discourage fake likes. The facebook is constantly fighting to minimise spam in its News Feed, Matt said.
