FBR Chairman Javed Ghani issues strict instructions to all field offices to resolve all issues of taxpayers

LAHORE: Chairman Federal Board of Revenue Muhammad Javed Ghani has issued strict instructions to all field offices to resolve all the issues of taxpayers immediately.

On the instructions of the Prime Minister, in a monthly e-court at the FBR Headquarters Chairman FBR Muhammad Javed Ghani welcomed the suggestions to listen to the online complaints of the taxpayers through e-court.

Taxpayers telephoned and directly informed the FBR chairman of the problems.  The Chairman FBR assured the taxpayers that the FBR was taking all possible steps to resolve their issues immediately.  The Chairman FBR issued immediate orders for redressal of grievances and welcomed the suggestions made by the taxpayers and assured that their suggestions would be seriously considered.  The Chairman FBR said that in case of any complaint, they should approach their nearest Regional Tax Office and Customs Collectorate.
