As per details, FRAEU held a monthly meeting at the RTO to discuss issues faced by employees. During the meeting, Grade-4 employees showed their reservations over the behaviour of top officials. They said that they were treated rudely.

The FRAEU member said that the Grade-4 employees have warned that they would go on strike if they were mistreated in the future. Grade-4 officials said that officers no doubt play an important role in the department, but it did not mean that they were useless. They added, “We performed our duties by heart and in response we received negative response of the ‘educated’ class of department.”

On the other hand, FRAEU Central President Mian Abdul Qayum assured the complainants that their reservations would be present before the Regional Tax Office Lahore chief commissioner and those responsible would be dealt strictly. He also motivated the employees to show commitment towards their work. He also assured them that FRAEU would write a letter to arrange a meeting with the chief commissioner to resolve the issue.

Lahore FRAEU President Naeem Shah, Organizer Akram Khokar, Deputy General Secretary Amir Nazir, Secretary Finance Azhar and other members attended the meeting and vowed to resolve the reservations of Grade-4 employees.
