ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Federal Service Tribunal will hear three cases on Thursday (today) related to the employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
The bench comprising Members, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Syed Muhammad Hamid, will hear the cases in which petitioners had submitted “promotion” and “up-gradation” matters.
Appellant Muhammad Moinud Din and Abdul Ghaffar had submitted a case regarding their promotion at the department which they said had not been granted to them yet.
Another appellant, Muhammad Zulifqar had filed petition for his scale up-gradation. The appellant had submitted before the tribunal that he should be given BPS-16 at what post he was working in the department. He prayed the tribunal to issue necessary directives in this regard.
