Ford launches Figo Aspire 10-week roadshow across 25 cities

NEW DELHI: Ford India is launching a 10-week roadshow across 25 cities, including tier II and tier III cities, to showcase its soon to be launched compact sedan Figo Aspire.

“As part of pre-launch campaign for Figo Aspire, we are undertaking a roadshow across 25 cities and 40 locations across the country. The idea is to engage with customers and to let them experience the new model,” Ford India’s Vice President of Marketing, Raj Sarkar told PTI.

The launch of Figo Aspire is a part of the company’s plans to launch three models over the next 12-15 months, he added.

Exfinity Venture Partners invests Rs 12 cr in Uniken *       Exfinity Venture Partners has invested Rs 12 crore in digital security firm Uniken.

Exfinity is a fund formed by IT veterans including TV Mohandas Pai, V Balakrishnan, Girish Paranjpe and Deepak Ghaisas.

The funds raised will be channelled to fuel international expansion and to establish market leadership in India.

Uniken has presence in India and Israel at present and will expand to the US shortly.

Uniken has garnered over two million users pan India including leading banks like, ING Vysya Bank, Yes Bank, Axis bank, Bank of India and State Bank of India.

FirstCry starts same-day delivery in metros * Online retailer for infant and kids products, FirstCry, has announced same-day delivery services in the metros, in a bid to offer competitive customer services.

Next-day delivery services will be available across 75 cities including the metros, a company release said.

“We aim to provide our customers with unparallelled shopping experience with a wide range of products and fastest delivery mechanism through innovative supply chain solutions,” Supam Maheshwari, CEO and founder of FirstCry.Com said.

The same-day delivery will be available in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad.
