Google pays tribute to Edhi

ISLAMABAD: The technology giant, Google, has paid tribute to renowned social activist, philanthropist and humanitarian Abdul Sattar Edhi by placing a link on its home Pakistan page.

Edhi breathed his last on Friday after prolonged illness and was laid to rest in Karachi on Saturday. The website placed a clickable link ‘Abdul Sattar Edhi, 1928 – 2016’ on its main page that leads the reader to another Google page showing top search trend of the great social worker.
