NEW YORK: After noticing the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop plagued with a lot of bugs, Google has decided to launch Android 5.1 operating system after resolving the bug issues in February, while the OS will be widely released in June or July 2015.

Sources claimed that Android 5.1 Lollipop OS update will be released in the first quarter of 2015. Just like all other Android updates, the mobile software will be rolled out to Nexus devices first with Nexus 6 and 9 to bring critical bug fixes. Then, it will find its way to most devices in mid-2015.
