MULTAN: Federal Minister for National Food and Security Sikandar Hayat Bosan said that the government will take stern action against fake pesticides dealers for the protection of agricultural growth.
He said that the government will start a grand operation against the bogus pesticides manufacturing companies and their sellers because it damages the growth of the agricultural lands.
Bogus Pesticide manufacturing is a curse for country and it affects the fertility of agricultural soil. These pesticides have also harmful and disastrous effects on the health of the human being. He warned the pesticide companies that if any company will be found involved in the manufacturing of the bogus pesticides, it will be blacklisted and seller will also face consequences of the offence.
Mr .Sikander Bosan said that Pakistan is an agricultural country where major population of the country is related to the noble profession of agriculture and we will bring industrial revolution with the help of our agriculture.
Federal Minister for National Food and security was visiting the area of Manak Bucha in Multan and he ensured the cultivators that the government will facilitate them through giving them subsidy in the bills of tube wells and by products of Agriculture.
He said that agricultural sector is the backbone of the country and government cannot ignore farmers in policy making as they are the part and parcel of our economy.
