Greece bourse rise 0.3% at the end of May 2015

ATHENS: The last session of the Greece bourse for this month contained May gains to just 0.30 percent as various statements by eurozone and IMF officials confirmed that the market will have to wait for at least a few more days before a deal is reached with the Greek government.

The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) general index closed on Friday at 825.38 points, shedding 1.44 percent from Thursday’s 837.41 points. On a weekly basis it declined 1.77 percent. The large-cap FTSE/ATHEX 25 index contracted 1.36 percent to close at 249.66 points.
