MUMBAI: An electronics company headquartered in Mumbai, iBall is expected to launch iBall Slide Brace X1 tablet. A teaser image of the handset is been posted on Facebook and notes that pre-bookings have already commenced. The picture (embedded below) doesn’t really offer a good look at the device, but it does highlight that the phone will come with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage.
Apart from these details, the post hasn’t disclosed any other technical information on the upcoming iBall smartphone. Coming to the second device, the Brace X1 tablet will be another octa core release in the company’s lineup and it carries other nice features.
However, the device’s design is a complete rip-off of the Lenovo Yoga Android tablets which is a huge disappointment from iBall. On the upside, you get treated to a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 pixel IPS display, a 1.7GHz octa core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and a mammoth-size battery of 7800mAh. There are dual speakers as well, and dual high-resolution cameras where the front packs an 8MP snapper and the rear a 13MP shooter.
