In the presence of Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour, the agreements, which come within the second phase of Saudi Arabia’s share in the Gulf Development Fund, were signed by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Imad Fakhoury and SFD Vice Chairman and Managing Director Yousef Bin Ibrahim Al Bassam.
Ensour thanked Saudi Arabia for its continued support to Jordan, stressing the importance of the agreements, in terms of providing schools and hospitals in the Kingdom with basic services using modern technology. The Saudi official praised the government efforts in economic and social fields, confirming his country’s continued support for development projects in Jordan through the SFD .
