PESHAWAR: Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has taken the federal government to the task and blaming the ruling party and Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) for current electricity crisis in the province.
Khattak said, while addressing a press conference at the chief minister’s house, said that the power crisis is worsening due to the fact that the federal government is not providing sufficient electricity to us as per the agreement. He said that power outages will be reduced if the federal government starts providing KP its due share. The CM said that his province was generating more electricity than any other province in the country.
