KUWAIT CITY: A Syrian expatriate smuggler was arrested in possession of 46 bottles of Vodka which he stored inside his vehicle, sources said here the other day.
According to security sources, when the Directorate General for Drug Control received information about the suspect involved in selling liquor, a team was formed for investigations.
After confirming the information and obtaining a warrant to arrest the suspect, he was arrested in possession of 46 Vodka bottles in his vehicle. He was referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal procedures. The department affirmed that it will not stop holding security campaigns against the outlaws in the country.
