Call of Duty: World at War 2 to reveal on May 4, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End on NOV 14, Resident Evil 2 remake under process

LONDON: The top video game rumours from around the World Wide Web including the Call of Duty: World at War 2’s release, Uncharted 4’s leak and Resident Evil 2 getting an HD makeover.

A teaser poster reportedly leaked online this week claims that Call of Duty: World at War 2 will be given a global reveal on May 4, 2015.

The message, which was posted on Twitter, states that the new COD title will be presented by Xbox on the same date that Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare was due to be confirmed.

Treyarch are the developers in charge of the next game in the COD cycle and were the team behind the original World at War released in 2008.

This week will see the release of Advanced Warfare’s Havoc DLC which also include an Exo Zombies mode.

As World at War was the first Call of Duty game to include the extra undead-fighting-content, we wouldn’t be surprised to see more in the next title Treyarch work on too.

A recent listing on US retailer giant Walmart’s website may have accidentally leaked the official release date of upcoming PS4 excluisve, Uncharted 4.

According to the post Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is available for pre-order now, while also revealing the game will be launched on October 31, 2015.

Uncharted 4 promises to bring the action-adventure third-person shooter franchise to the PS4 this year after being first teased at Spike TV’s PS4 launch event on November 14, 2013.

Capcom are looking at the possibility of remaking another classic Resident Evil game from the Playstation 1 era.

According to reports, the Japanses games developers are now considering a HD Resident Evil 2, following the success of the re-release of the GameCube Resident Evil remake.

The resounding success of Resident Evil 1 on the PS4,PS3 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC showing strong sales and positive reaction of fans have led to taking the idea into the possible planning stage.

The online reports claim a 2016 release date is being mooted, with production starting as early as May this year.
