The syndicate reportedly tried to fool authorities by placing the drugs amidst animal feed in three containers which were located at a shoplot in Desa Melawati.

“They think they are clever but we are better,” Bukit Aman Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff told a press conference on Monday.

“My men spent 12 hours combing through the containers and they were meticulous.

“The containers were shipped from Karachi.

“The drugs are meant to be trafficked in Western countries and not for local market,” he added.
