Mercedes-Benz pulled off the curtains from its new luxury affordable CLA sedan, a smaller yet sober version of its last year launched sibling CLA 45 AMG. Reports have said that it is the most affordable Mercedes-Benz sedan launched in the Indian market. The CLA gets its look from the A-class like chin spoiler, front engine dotted grill and the best aerodynamics. The CLA has been put besides the Audi A3, which got a massive response in 2014. The luxury sedan is being introduced with two engine options 2 litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 135 bhp, and 2.2 litre turbocharged diesel engine that churns out 100 bhp, both with a 7-speed twin clutch transmission. Features like two-zone climate control, ambient light adjustment, panoramic sunroof, 12-speakers Harman Kardon sound system, larger screen and different colours of dash boards have been offered within the car. Launched on January 22, the car is assembled in India itself, making its cost low.

Tata Bolt:

Tata Motors launched its latest-generation hatchback, bolt on January 22. Online booking were started before the official launch of the car with a token amount of Rs. 11,000. Bolt shares its appearance with sedan zest, Tata’s sedan launched in 2014. However, the front fascia of the car is much similar to that of Vista. The engine is smaller, but produces whopping 89 bhp. It comes with a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine and 1.3-litre multi-jet diesel engine, same as that of zest, and has a 5-speed gearbox. The car comes with well-equipped interiors, good drivability, attractive looks and projector headlamps. The best thing about the Tata motors is that it has dropped the famous Indica name tag.

Datsun Go+:

The Go+ is obviously the extended version of the company’s first launched hatchback Go. The main difference between the Go and Go+ is the rear door, adding 3rd row seats and space to put luggage. Notably, both these cars have same platform, engine and features. The car offer 7-seater space within 4-meters. The Datsun Go+ stands against the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Honda Mobilio, both compact family wagons. The car comes equipped with a 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces 67 bhp of maximum power. Additional features include a decent boot space, rear AC vents, surrounded system, in-built GPS, steering adjustment and rear window fog remover.
