Microsoft to help SMBs in IT under new cloud adoption programme

LONDON: Microsoft Corporation has rolled out a new cloud adoption program to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) in India to take to the new services without facing too many difficulties.

Microsoft India General Manager (SMS&P) Meetul Patel said, SMBs will benefit from the subscription based payment model that will ease their opex pressures.

The cloud action program will enable SMBs to work with Microsoft service provider partners (CSP) for various IT requirements.

Patel added, “The CSP will own the complete customer life cycle, provide direct billing, offer combined and customized solutions, directly provision, as well as manage and support Microsoft cloud offerings for their customers.”
