KARACHI: Imports of mobile phones have been recorded $160 million in the first quarter of current fiscal year 2014-2015.
Imports increased to 5.5 percent in the current fiscal year from July to September. Mobile phones worth $156 million had been imported in the previous fiscal year. Telecom Imports increased 31% from July to September.
