NEW YORK: Motorola is distributing the Android 5.0 Lollipop to their Moto X pure Edition smartphones followed by the Moto G and it looks like they might be ready to start releasing it for the new Motorola DROID Turbo as well.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise since the Smartphone is one of the newer models and they would surely want to make sure that all the new models get to experience the new Android 5.0 Lollipop first.

Motorola DROID Turbo user has been reporting that some of them gave received invites to take part in a Soak Test which is Motorola’s way of trying out new software before releasing it to everybody. Although the invite did not specifically mention that this will be the Android 5.0 Lollipop, there is a high chance that it is it.

The reason behind the Soak Test will be known when they start distributing it to the participants.
