MULTAN: The Customs Anti Smuggling Organization (ASO) impounded two non-duty paid vehicles in an operation in Multan on Friday.
As per details, ASO teams intercepted two vehicles and asked the drivers to produce documents showing legal import and lawful possession of the vehicles but the drivers could not produce the required documents so the customs officials confiscated both of the vehicles under the Customs Act, 1969.
The impounded vehicles are Pajero jeep and Toyota Passo car. It is learnt that the value of the vehicles has been estimated at Rs 2 million.
