MULTAN: Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan region has confiscated two non-duty paid cars worth Rs 2.6 million in separate operations.
Sources told Customs Today that Sadiqabad unit of the customs intelligence intercepted a Suzuki Swift and demanded the legal documents but the driver could not produce the required documents so the customs team seized the car under the customs act 1969. The non-customs paid car was bearing registeration No. BC-316, model 2015. The value of the car is approximately Rs 1.3 million.
However, during another operation Dera Ghazi Khan unit customs intelligence seized a non- customs paid Toyota Vitz worth Rs 1.3 million bearing registeration number ICT-315 under the customs act 1969.
