MULTAN: The Customs staff deployed at Multan International airport confiscated two non-duty paid LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) TVs from passengers who was coming from the Middle East country.
As per details, the customs airport staff had taken the custody of two non-customs paid LCDs from two passengers who were coming from Dubai and Sharjah during the routine checking of the flights at Multan airport as both the passengers had not paid the legitimate duty of the LCDs to the Multan customs.
But, the customs officials handed over the LCDs back to the owners after the payment of applicable customs duty eight thousand for each LCD.
