The OnePlus One sports a 5.5-inch LTPS LCD capacitive touch screen with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. It has the dimensions of 152.9 x 75.9 x 8.9 mm, and weighs at 162g.

Know Your Moblie desciribes the design of the Nexus 5 as: “You had a slightly larger, higher definition display and new build materials, as well as improved specs, but that was about it — nothing too dramatic had changed with regards to the overall look, feel and weight.”

Though there’s a little difference from its predecessor the Nexus 5 features a 4.95-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 coming in at 445 ppi

Hardware

The Nexus 5 is powred by a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 330 GPU.

Hardware and OS

Under the hood, the OnePlus One quad core Snapdragon 801 processor clocked speed of 2.5Ghz and supported by a 3GB of RAM. They run in Android It offers a 16GB and 64GB of internal storage and does not supported external memory expansion.

Camera

OnePlus One sports a 13MP rear camera with and Sony Exmor IMX214 rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and an impressive 5MP front snapper. The extra-wide 80º viewing angle captures more area than other phones so your pictures will include more background without distortion.

In terms of camera, the Nexus 5 offers a lower megapixel camera at 8MP on its rear, and 1.8MP front snapper.

The Nexus 5 is, of course, loaded up with the latest version of Google Android 4.4 KitKat. It’s completely stock – no modifications, no skins – just how Android purists like it.

At first glance you might think that the One is also running vanilla Android, and you’d almost be right.

We say almost, because it’s actually loaded up with CyanogenMod 11S. the CyanogenMod team has earned the praise of hardcore Android fans for taking stock Android and injecting it with customisation steroids, letting users tweak everything from status bar icons to deep theme integration.

Even more recently Google has updated its camera app, adding in the “Lens Blur” feature – something which seems to be finding its way onto all the flagships in 2014.

Price

The Nexus 5 16GB variant cost $383, while the 32GB variant costs $480. The OnePlus One 16GB variant costs $300 and the 64GB variant is priced at $349.
