WARSAW: Polish state-controlled insurer PZU and American financial holding Franklin Templeton will invest €81.7 million (roughly PLN 330 million) in easyPack, a subsidiary of Integer responsible for foreign expansion of parcel locker terminals (Paczkomaty), a press release said. An agreement was signed on Tuesday.
The cash and non-cash contribution of Integer will total €54.7 million. What is more, InPost Canada signed a credit deal with state-owned lender BGK valued at $36.7 million (around PLN 133 million).In total, investment budget of the project is estimated to reach PLN 460 million.
