Porsche recalls 918 Spyder hybrids due to defective chassis components

BERLIN: The 205 models of Porsche 918 Spyder hybrid hyper cars due to having defective in its chassis components have been recalled. Porsche claims that based on internal testing results this recall is called for precaution purpose and have no issues been reported like the 991 GT3 model.

According to Porsche, the owners are been contacted so as to drop into dealers their Porsches limited-edition for some more days till all the replacement parts been fitted. However, earlier to this year, due to axle components replacement required for 46 cars of 918 Spyder. Hence, it seems to affect 918 Spyder this been the second recall to fix the problem.
