WARSAW: According to data quoted by the Polish Press Agency The prosperity index calculated by the Bureau for Investments and Economic Cycles (BIEC) inched up by 0.3 points month-on-month in April.
“We have been witnessing a significant improvement of the indicator for four months. This is a result of increasing salary and decreasing prices. Due to the occurrence of those two factors, real value of salaries grew over 4 percent per year, as of March the growth reached 6 percent,” the report by BIEC reads.
