KARACHI: the Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Quetta has started crackdown against smuggled vehicles and seized four luxury vehicles in the first attempt of the operation.
Sources told Customs Today that Director Customs Intelligence has formed a special team and conducted operation against smuggled vehicles. The special team raided different areas of Quetta and impounded two BMWs, one Mark S and one sports car. Sources said that most of the vehicle owners are businessmen which were seized in first phase of the operation.
Sources further said that Customs Intelligence will raid in showrooms with collaboration of Frontier Corps and police in second phase of the operation.
