TOKYO: Rockstar has confirmed that issues with the day one patch for the just released Xbox One and PlayStation 4 version of Grand Theft Auto 5 have caused some problems. The issue is preventing the transfer of online characters and access to GTA Online.
The developer is working to correct the problem is a patch in the works for the PlayStation 4 version which will be ready for download tomorrow. Xbox One users will also have to wait till a patch arrives for that system as well to deal with the online issues.
Some users have reported that they have been able to transfer their characters without issue.
