ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry has sought a detailed report from the DG NAB Karachi zone regarding investigation into Rs236 million fraud allegedly committed by a stockbroker of Karachi.
The ACE Securities was allegedly handling securities in sub-accounts maintained under its participant ID without the authority of sub-account holders, in violation of applicable laws.
The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) served a show-cause notice on the firm on April 23, and on April 27, it suspended the operations of all trading terminals of the firm as it received 201 complaints against the firm.
