SIALKOT: The Regional Tax Office (RTO) has launched a campaign to collect data of non-filers. Sources told Customs Today that the campaign has been launched in line with the directions of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in order to ascertain the number of filers and non-filers.
The sources added that all the concerned departments will be approached for extending necessary assistance for provision of data of the Non Filers to the Regional Tax Offices. The FBR intends to disseminate this campaign through media and will also utilize all its resources. The non filers will be facilitated to personally submit their data and information in the Regional Tax Offices so that FBR could be able to strike a balance between the Filers and Non Filers.
