KARACHI: The Pakistan Rangers Sindh have launched Short Messaging Service (SMS) Complaint Cell to make easy for the people to transmit information about terrorists and other criminal elements through SMS from their cellular phones.
General public can communicate complaints and any information regarding terrorists or criminals by sending SMS on `1101′.
