TOKYO: Sony is expected to release the Lollipop update for Xperia T2 Ultra and Xperia C3 smartphones. The company has not given any time-frame for the update at this point, but it has promised to reveal more details in the coming days.

The latest announcement from the company comes as a surprise as Sony had earlier stated that it doesn’t plan to update any other device to Lollipop apart from the Z-series phones and tablets. It seems the company had a change of heart.
