MUSCAT: Takaful Oman Insurance has opened its new branch at Sohar to expand its network across the Sultanate of Oman that is company’s first addition to its branch network in the current year.
Earlier, Takaful Oman Insurance had opened a branch in Nizwa in December 2014. The company has been aiming to grow rapidly, inspired by the good response it received from customers in country.
The year couldn’t have started on a brighter note for the company as it bagged top regional honours in the Newcomer and Market Trailblazer categories at the recently concluded Mena Insurance Awards 2015.
The Sohar branch will be the first of many branches that are scheduled to be opened in different parts of Oman as the year progresses. Exceptional customer service, innovative Sharia-compliant products and transparency have been the hallmarks of the experience the company offers its customers. This has not only increased its positive image in the industry but has also increased the confidence of the company’s management about the bright future of Takaful Oman Insurance in the Sultanate.
Speaking on the occasion, Sayyida Rawan Ahmed Al Said, managing director and chief executive officer of Takaful Oman Insurance said, “As the full-fledged takaful provider in Oman, we have a huge responsibility to deliver the right products and services to our customers.
