TEXAS: The El Paso Field Office will be hosting a trade fair to provide general and specific information about current trade processes. The target audience for this trade fair includes importers, customhouse brokers, carriers and others involved in international trade.
CBP personnel, agricultural specialists, import/entry specialists, regulatory auditors, along with other federal agency’s staff will be located at information tables.
The event will also provide the trade community informational presentations on the following CBP programs: Automated Commercial Environment, Automated Export System, Customs and Trade Partnership against Terrorism, Centers for Expertise and Excellence.
Federal agencies such as U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of Agriculture and others which regulate international trade will also participate in this event and be available to speak one-on one with attendees.
