TUCSON: Customs and Border Protection officers arrest a 28 year old man at the Port of Nogales’ DeConcini crossing seized nearly 21 pounds of methamphetamine worth an estimated $125,400.
Rachel Christine Chadwell, a 28-year-old U.S. citizen, was arrested after CBP narcotics detection canine confirmed there were drugs within the rear seats of her 2003 Pontiac sedan.

Individuals arrested may be charged by complaint, the method by which a person is charged with criminal activity, which raises no inference of guilt. An individual is presumed innocent unless and until competent evidence is presented to a jury that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
