TUCSON: United States Customs and Border Protection officers at the Port of Naco arrested two men for attempting to exit the United States with more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition wrapped around their waist.
Officers selected Angel Ozuna, 28, and Marco Antonio Aguirre, 21, both U.S. citizens residing in Naco, Sonora Mexico, for a secondary outbound inspection and discovered a combined 1,100 rounds of ammunition hidden under the subjects’ baggy clothing.

Individuals arrested may be charged by complaint, the method by which a person is charged with criminal activity, which raises no inference of guilt. An individual is presumed innocent unless and until competent evidence is presented to a jury that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
