Vaio introduced its first smartphone through Japanese MVNO B-mobile with 5-inch display

New Delhi: Sony’s Vaio Corporation has introduced its first smartphone through Japanese MVNO B-mobile. The Android smartphone will compete with its former parent company’s Xperia series.

The VAIO phone will hit stores in Japan on March 20. Vaio phone sports a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720 X 1280 pixels. It comes powered by a 1.2GHz processor with 2GB RAM. It also gets 16GB onboard storage and runs Android 5.0 out-of-the-box. The new mid-range phone has a 5-inch display, a 13MP camera and sports the VAIO logo on both sides.
