NEW YORK: Viber has launched an update for its Android app. The update introduces support for Android Wear devices and general bug fixes.

The added support will let users send and receive messages from their Android Wear SmartWatch and also send new Viber messages directly from the SmartWatch, using voice commands. Another feature added with the update is that contacts will show up with the name and photo even if they are not saved on your phone’s contact list.
