Vietnam Airlines offers 7.5 million seats in summer

HÀ NỘI — The national carrier Vietnam Airlines will provide more than 7.5 million seats (equivalent to nearly 36,000 flights) on domestic and international routes, increasing by nearly 600,000 year-on-year, from June 1 to August 31, serving increasing travel demand in this summer’s peak.

In the peak three months, the carrier will offer more than 4.8 million seats for domestic flights, up 422,000 seats year-on-year. Meanwhile, international routes will have nearly 2.7 million seats, adding 170,000 seats compared to the same period, focusing on the routes between Việt Nam and Thailand, Japan and South Korea.
