BEJING: Xiaomi will open its first dedicated Mi stores for UK, the United States, France and Germany on 19th of May. The announcement was made through a post on Facebook, and Xiaomi will sell a range of products ranging from 5,000 mAH and 10,400 mAH power banks, the Mi Band and Mi Headphones through these stores.

If you wish to buy one of these products, you need to set up an account by the early hours of coming Tuesday to ensure you get one. Xiaomi have indicated that products will launch in only limited quantities, and there’s a chance you may miss out if you aren’t quick enough.

Even though the 5,000 mAH power banks are handy enough, they may not suffice if your smartphone contains a battery in excess of 3000 mAH worth of juice. The 10,400 mAH power banks would, however, suit you well, especially if you are travelling or away from a charging point.

Xiaomi’s fitness and activity tracker with a one month battery life, the Mi Band, will also be a great tool in case you are a fitness addict or regularly check on your vital stats. The Mi headphones, given their competitive pricing, could also be a competitive product that you may wish to try.

Xiaomi have so far not revealed pricing details of any of the gadgets that they intend to sell in American and European markets. We are sure all relevant details will be available in the company’s website come 19th.
