ISLAMABAD: The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) has to cancel English paper of class-V as it was leaked a day earlier, agitating teachers, students and their parents.

The high-ups of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi (BISER) also confirmed that the paper was leaked a day ago. The PEC tried to print a new paper overnight but failed to pack and seal it properly, forcing them to cancel it.
