Rs10m customs duty evasion case: Court extends remand of accused

ISLAMABAD: Rawalpindi Special Customs Court has extended judicial remand of accused Hammad Akbar Khan and his companion in Rs 10 million customs duty evasion case.

According to details Special Customs Court Judge Rana Aftab Ahmed has conducted the hearing of  Rs 10 million customs duty evasion case. Police has presented the both accused to the Court. The Court after hearing the arguments has extended judicial remand of the accused and order investigation officer to submit case challan in next hearing date.

Hammad Akbar Khan has arrested by customs authority at Benazir International Airport Islamabad in Rs 10 million customs duty evasion.
