10th Health Asia Int’l Exhibition & Conference kicks off

ISLAMABAD: 10th Health Asia Int’l Exhibition & Conference incorporating 1st Pharma Convention 2014 has been inaugurated by Dr Miftah Ismail, Chairman Board of Investment & Special Assistant to Prime Minister.

Ecommerce Gateway President Dr Khursheed Nizam, PPMA Chairman Nasir Javaid Chowdhry, Pharma Bureau Chairman Shahab Rizvi, Medisure Managing Director Kaiser Waheed, PharmEvo Managing Director Haroon Qasim, GlaxoSmithKline Managing Director Salman Burney, Indus Pharma Managing Director Zahid Saeed and KATI Chairman Farrukh Mazhar were also present.

Dr Miftah Ismail said that the convention was raising pharmaceutical and compliance issues in the world. There are approximately 325 international & domestic exhibitors that are showcasing their products and services in the exhibition. Over 223 foreign delegates are also gracing the event from more than 21 countries including China, Singapore, India, USA, Germany, Switzerland, UK, France, Italy, Turkey etc and approximately 16,500 trade corporate visitors visited 1st day of the event.

The exhibition provides enormous opportunities of learning, information sharing, mutual cooperation and combined projects to all the stakeholders in the Asian health sector.
