132 KV grid station made operational

MULTAN: Multan Electric Power Company has made 132 KV Man Kot grid station operational.

According to Project Director Grid System Construction (GSC) Engineer Shahid Iqbal Chaudhry, the company has completed the grid station with cost of Rs 20.3 million under Prime Minister Package.

However, two power stations of 10/13 MVA were installed in the grid station while two line (Bay) and one PT (Bay) were also constructed, he added.

The 20.5 kilometer long transmission line of double circuit has been installed to provide power supply to grid station. The project was completed before the given time period.
