15% wheat procurement target achieved

FAISALABAD: The Food Department has claimed to achieve 15 percent wheat procurement target and has distributed 49 percent Bardana (gunny bags) in district Faisalabad, stated by the spokesman for the District Food Department.

He added that 11 wheat procurement centers had been established in the district. “The Food Department purchased 9184 bags wheat from Rajbah Road,” he said. “Similarly, the department purchashed 19,339 wheat bags from Sarshmeer Road center, 9,426 bags from Darul Ehsan center, 48,274 bags from Jaranwala center, 11,689 bags from Bachiana Center, 9,281 bags from Rodala Road center.
