16 Customs inspectors granted performance allowance

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue has granted performance allowance to 16 Customs inspectors (BS-16) posted at Model Customs Collectorate, Hyderabad.

The inspectors, who have been selected through the process of internal job posting (IJP), have been granted performance allowance equal to 100 per cent of minimum of their basic pay (in pay scale-2011) with effect from November 8, 2018 i.e. the date of approval of the competent authority.

The officers, who were allowed performance allowance, include 1. Junaid Ahmed, 2. Muhammad Zeeshan Alam, 3. Anwar Hussain Shah, 4. Maqbool Ahmed, 5. Bibi Zainab, 6. Manzoor Ahmed, 7. Wajahat Ghafoor, 8. Muhammad Yaseen, 9. Muhammad Saleem Shaikh, 10. Ghulam Mustafa Laghari 11. Haresh Kumar, 12. Shah Muhammad, 13. Ayaz Hussain, 14. Fahad Hidayat, 15. Asif Ali and 16. Rana Shahbaz Khan.

The grant of performance allowance will be governed through the terms and conditions laid down vide Circular No. 6(96)S(BIC)/2013-14 dated 06.03.2015 to be read with Para-10 of Finance Division’s O.M.No.1(3)/Imp/2015-360 dated 07.07.2015. The allowance will be discontinued in case prescribed terms and conditions are not fulfilled within one month from the date of issuance of this notification.
